Pacific Ocean Jewelers is not only known for our stunning jewelry, but for our incredible service as well.
Please give us 5-7 days for your repairs to be completed. Once we are done we will call you that your item is ready for pickup. If you have not received a call from us within 7 days, please call us at (808)784-0299
Please bring your receipt and ticket number when coming in to pick up your pieces.
Ring sizing
Ring doesn't fit? Come on in and let us help you resize your ring. We will first check the metal and gemstones/diamonds on your ring, then we will size your finger to know your exact size. Ring sizing cost varies from $40-$75 depending on the metal and if you are sizing up or down. Come into our store at our normal business hours.
Jewelry Cleaning
Jewelry in need of a clean? Come on in and we will be happy to give you a complimentary jewelry cleaning. Please make sure your jewelry has no enamel/paint on it (it could come off in the cleaning process). Come into our store at our normal business hours.
Custom Design
Want a piece that's one of a kind, like you? We would love to work with you and design a stunning, unique piece for you or a loved one. We reccommed coming in Monday-Saturday from 10-4.
Watch Battery/Watch Repair
Watch not working? Come on in and let us take a look at it. To replace your watch battery it is $25 + tax. To get your watched serviced, the prices will vary. We recommend coming in our store Monday-Saturday from 10-4.
Soldering
Broken prices? We are able to fix your items by soldering the material together. We charge $38Â + tax per solder. Come on in and drop off your pieces to our store at our regular business hours.
